Wow! I can't even tell you how convenient that could be for someone that needs immediate help. No pulling out awkward spaces -- just hop on the bike and zoom off to put out a fire. The British sure do have their *expletive* together. Thanks for sharing this interesting article. Those water tanks are really effective for how small they are.
